A.R.M. is a discreet team of rapid-response addiction therapists and other counselors drawn from a broad range of professional disciplines who have extensive therapeutic and/or personal rehabilitation experience. We are retained by the employer, which is our client, to develop, mandate and monitor a comprehensive, multi-faceted rehabilitation program for the subject partner, associate or employee, which addresses the employer's duty to accommodate.
