A.R.M. acknowledges that substance abuse encompasses many inter-active aspects of one's life. We assess those who are contemplating or entering recovery with respect to rehabilitation (treatment) choices and those emotional, health, career, relationship, professional, legal and financial realities that must be addressed as an element of recovery. From those choices, A.R.M. develops a single, comprehensive recovery plan. A.R.M. functions on a triage basis. The recovery plan is structured to recognize that rehabilitation is the priority with all other secondary components such as legal matters and career issues addressed from the outset but timed or deferred to allow for the priority of rehabilitation. A.R.M. also offers expertise to the employer as to its internal and public posture regarding the subject's conduct or absence. A.R.M.
